Welcome to DMH Nutrition!
If you’re looking for easy-to-understand nutrition information to support your heart and overall health, you’re in the right place.
A registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) can guide you in finding the nutrition strategies that are right for you.
Hello! I’m Devon, a registered dietitian nutritionist who’s been helping people improve their heart and vascular health for over 9 years.
With my background in both hospital-based and outpatient nutrition, I’ve supported people who’ve had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart failure, heart attacks, open heart surgery, and many other medical issues.
Together, we’ve worked to find nutrition changes that can help them improve their numbers, heal after surgery, and strengthen their overall health.
